TERMS OF USE

Terms of Use

Last updated: June 11, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of medallioninvests.com, our member portal, and the products, memberships, programs, and services we offer (together, the “Services”). The Services are provided by Unicorn Research Ltd. (doing business as Medallion Investments) (“Medallion,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a corporation incorporated in British Columbia, Canada.

By accessing the site, creating an account, or purchasing any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Educational Purpose Only — Not Investment Advice

Medallion Investments is a financial education company. The content and Services are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we provide is personalized investment advice, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument, and nothing constitutes legal, tax, or accounting advice.

We do not manage client funds. You alone are responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any decision and should consult a qualified, licensed professional before acting. All investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Cryptocurrency carries additional and significant risk, including total loss of capital.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Any results or earnings referenced are not typical and are not a promise or guarantee. Individual results vary and depend on many factors, including your knowledge, effort, finances, and circumstances. We make no guarantee that you will achieve any particular result, income, or return.

Some content may contain forward-looking statements that reflect our opinions about potential outcomes. These are not guarantees, and actual results may differ materially.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (19 in British Columbia) to purchase Services, unless enrolled by a parent or guardian under a program that permits minors. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Purchases, Billing, and Acceptance of Terms

When you purchase a Service, you agree to the price and terms presented at checkout, including any agreement or order form you accept. By completing a purchase, including by clicking a checkbox, button, or similar control, you provide your electronic signature and agree to be bound by these Terms and any program-specific agreement. You agree that your electronic acceptance is as valid as a handwritten signature and that no further verification is required for it to be enforceable.

Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for the applicable fees and renewals until you cancel.

5. No Refunds

Medallion Investments sells digital educational products and services that are delivered or made accessible immediately upon purchase. For this reason, all sales are final and all fees paid are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or is granted by us at our sole discretion under Section 9.

This includes, without limitation:

– one-time purchases of courses, training, and digital products;
– coaching programs and packages;
– membership fees, including the current billing period of any recurring membership; and
– any portion of a program you choose not to use, access, or complete.

Dissatisfaction with your own investment outcomes, market performance, or returns is not a basis for a refund. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions.

6. Cancelling a Recurring Membership

Memberships such as MA or (WAM) renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.

– You may cancel at any time by emailing admin@medallioninvests.com before your next renewal date.
– Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not refund the current or any prior billing period.
– You retain access to member benefits through the end of the period you have already paid for.
– We do not pro-rate or partially refund a billing period that has already begun.

To avoid being billed for a renewal, you must cancel before the renewal date. We recommend cancelling at least 48 hours before renewal to allow for processing.

7. Fixed-Term and Payment-Plan Commitments

Some programs are sold on a fixed term (for example, a 12-month commitment) or paid through an installment plan. Where you have agreed to a fixed term or payment plan, you remain responsible for the full agreed fee for that term, and the individual installment payments are non-refundable. The specific terms you agreed to at purchase govern.

8. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, contact us first at admin@medallioninvests.com so we can resolve it directly.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, in circumstances where the product or access was in fact delivered, is a breach of these Terms. In response to any chargeback, we may submit evidence of your purchase, your acceptance of these Terms, and your access to or use of the product; suspend or terminate your account and access; and recover any amounts owing, together with reasonable costs of recovery, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limited Refund Exceptions

In rare cases such as a duplicate charge, a technical billing error, or fraud, we may issue a correction or refund at our sole discretion. These exceptions are reviewed case by case and do not create any general right to a refund.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

– copy, record, reproduce, resell, or redistribute our content, courses, recordings, or member materials without our written permission;
– share your account or member access with others;
– disclose the holdings, performance, or personal information of other members; or
– use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that harms or interferes with the Services or other users.

All content, branding, and materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may link to or rely on third-party sites and services. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices, and a link does not imply our endorsement. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medallion and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising from your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Medallion and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers from any claims, losses, and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law in British Columbia or your place of residence. Where such law gives you a right that conflicts with these Terms, that law applies to the extent of the conflict.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your place of residence.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date and takes effect on posting.

The current version of these Terms applies to your continued use of the Services and to every purchase, renewal, or subscription payment you make on or after the effective date. By continuing to use the Services, or by renewing or making a new purchase, after an updated version is posted, you accept the updated Terms.

For a completed one-time purchase, the version of these Terms in effect at the time of that purchase governs that specific transaction, except where an update is required by applicable law.
